As the leader of the meeting, you set the agenda & tone of the meeting. It is the leaders job to provide structure to the meeting, guidance from what upper management expects of the group. Listen to the group members, maintain order and timely meeting times. It takes practice to learn these behaviors but it can be learned.

No more. 2) as leader you will have had time to gather information on which areas need focus on patient satisfaction. You have the group prioritize which area gets looked at first.
