When constructing a cover letter, you will need to be sure that it is as perfect as it can possibly be.  For instance, you will want to make sure the cover letter is formatted properly by ensuring the addresses, salutations, and paragraphs are appropriately formatted.  You’ll want to make sure you are using a formal/professional tone by avoiding slang, idioms, and contractions, and you’ll want to proofread for punctuation errors.  By doing so, this will speak to your awareness of how to appropriately communicate in a business or academic setting as well as to your attention to detail, which are desirable employee characteristics to potential employers.

If you want to inform your customers about a new service what do you use?
Volgvan

If you want to inform your customers about a new service but also about policy changes or price changes and similar things, you use memos. This is the best option from these four. Because memo is a brief, straight to the point and informal way of communication that is usually used with the customers.

4: Subordinate

5: Main

9: Subordinate

10: Subordinate

The subordinate clauses cannot stand on their own: they leave a hanging question. The majority of them also start with a coordinating conjunction, and that's a common thing in subordinate clauses. The main clauses can stand by themselves, as it can be seen as a whole sentence.
