Cultural diffusion works by people sharing their stories and their ways of life with another person or a group of people thus sharing their culture and the two trade off of each other. The trait can travel because if one person from the culture shares the trait and another culture picks it up then they share it with another culture it has traveled, religious and ceremonial traits are the most common to be passed.

Our modern understanding of Pluto is that it is a member of the asteroid belt the giant planets the terrestrial planets no group
Oksi-84 [34.3K]

Answer:

  • Before, any form of extensive research was performed on the solar system we believed that, there are over nine planetary bodies, along with the satellites and the sun inside our solar system in a given sequence or a pattern. As, these celestial bodies are analyzed each time by the scientists, research workers, and astronomers. While, there are some standards set for each celestial body to be attributed as a planet, star, or any satellite etc. And for that reason, when the research workers analyzed the ninetieth and the far most planet from the sun which is also known as "Pluto", named after a Greek God.
  • We can say that its properties were far different from those that any planet had and thus it was analyzed for a very long time, as to know more about it and fortunately we were able to find out that it is completely one-of-a-kind the Kuiper Belt(of trans-Neptunian objects) inside the solar system.
  • And that is how the research workers decided that Pluto, which was once considered as planet is no more listed as one but it is a less planetary object present inside the Solar system.

• What regions of the world tend to have the highest and lowest precipitation rates (compare tropics versus sub-tropics)? How do
Stels [109]

Answer:

Regions with a higher amount of rainfall are those of equatorial regions and those of the low rainfall are polar areas.

Explanation:

  • The regions in the tropics and the subtropics receive a significant amount of rainfall while the place at the places receives only 10 inches f rainfall and regions are dry annually with rain occurring only in summer.
  • The tropical areas are those that surround the earth equator and are found 23 degrees north and south. As the sun is usually in direct contact and this region comprise of 40% of the surface area and 35% of the earth's landmass. And remains warm to hot and moist year-round.
  • These regions are characterized by wet season and thus have most of the cyclonic activity through the year and this impacts the global distribution of water as the movement of the warm and cold water stakes form these regions, along with the variation in salinity.
