Abstract paintings have content but no subject. These painting do not represent images of our everyday world and follow the idea that abstraction allows man to see with his mind what he cannot see physically with his eyes. Form, color, line, texture, pattern, composition and process is used to present ideas and evoke emotions in a poetic, nonlinear fashion.
