He used social media to sent out his comments, getting the support of hundreds if not thousands of students in the United States. His hashtag #neveragain went viral and caught the attention of mass media.

And one takeaway that really impressed me the most, was the capability he had and the support he received to organize the protest in Washington D.C. on March 24, 2018.
