Answer: c) It reinforces for readers the idea that Bertie is not happy about Aunt Agatha's visit.

Explanation: In Chapter 2 of "The Man with Two Left Feet" by P. G. Wodehouse, Bertie is visibly annoyed with Aunt Agatha's visit. He already hinted he was not in the mood when he stated "I was feeling like a badly wrapped brown-paper parcel. I'm never at my best in the early morning. I said so." going as far as telling her how he feels but she presses on regardless.

Answer:

The coat of armor sets the police up as guards. Like a knight in armor, it portrays a deliberative image that allows the audience to derive a connotative image of a hero, doing all they can to serve and protect in their act of duty.

These lines are spoken by a captain who has been wounded in the war. He is relaying the information about Macbeth's brave fight against the enemy to King Duncan. He talks about how brave and valiant Macbeth was, so the audience can infer that he is a fierce warrior who will stop at nothing to ensure his win in a battle.
