That wooden model is still in the Vatican Museums in Rome.
From what i see about the picture it looks like a calm Cafe, where people are relaxing. The texture of the work is also very good, I like how the room looks balanced from putting people and tables on each side.
A book cafe is a relaxing place where you go to read books and eat/drink things you would get at a regular cafe. People also read books there.
