Teens get 6 hours of sleep because they are using their phones, tablets, computers etc. This affects their education because they are going to be tired the next day. About more than 100 texts are being sent from a teens cellphone. The average age of getting a cell phone is the age 14. Most of the time the teen spends their time taking selfies or playing games.
