*I'll give brainliest* In a paragraph of at least three sentences, explain the mood of this excerpt from Little Brother. Provide

details from the text to support your answer.
She gave me a long hug, and I noticed how thin her arms had gotten, how saggy the skin on her neck was. I always thought of my mother as young, pale, rosy-cheeked and cheerful, peering shrewdly through her metal-rim glasses. Now she looked a little like an old woman. I had done that to her. The terrorists had done that to her. The Department of Homeland Security had done that to her. In a weird way, we were all on the same side, and Mom and Dad and all those people we'd spoofed were on the other side.

The mood would reflect on it as crestfallen because he states, "I always thought of my mother as young, pale, rosy-cheeked and cheerful, peering shrewdly through her metal-rim glasses. Now she looked a little like an old woman. I had done that to her." He felt remorse as he described his mother. he believed he and the terrorists did that to her. Hope this helps you!

The mood for this is sad for this. She is talking about her mother being old and had lived a sad and fearful life. She feels as if its her fault her and is upset with herself and this saddens the mood.

Hi guys I’m writing a research paper about “how William Butler Yeats Irish identity shaped his poetry” I need some facts and ide
ale4655 [162]
William Butler Yeats[a] (13 June 1865 – 28 January 1939) was an Irish poet and one of the foremost figures of 20th-century literature. A pillar of the Irish literary establishment, he helped to found the Abbey Theatre, and in his later years served as a Senator of the Irish Free State for two terms. He was a driving force behind the Irish Literary Revival along with Lady Gregory, Edward Martyn and others.

Yeats was born in Sandymount, Ireland and educated there and in London. He spent childhood holidays in County Sligo and studied poetry from an early age when he became fascinated by Irish legends and the occult. These topics feature in the first phase of his work, which lasted roughly until the turn of the 20th century. His earliest volume of verse was published in 1889, and its slow-paced and lyrical poems display debts to Edmund Spenser, Percy Bysshe Shelley, and the poets of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood. From 1900, his poetry grew more physical and realistic. He largely renounced the transcendental beliefs of his youth, though he remained preoccupied with physical and spiritual masks, as well as with cyclical theories of life. In 1923, he was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature.

Analyze how the free-verse structure in the poem “Tattoo” by Gregg Shapiro reveals Shapiro’s message.
vfiekz [6]
The free-verse structure is in line with the poem's message about the suffering of a human being that was deprived of freedom. It is as if the poet desperately (and in vain) tries to break all the cruel constraints that his father had suffered in the concentration camp. The verse is free, but the structure is still stanzaic - it is impossible to recover from the trauma, however hard one might try.

The free verse also brings a conversational tone to the poem, breaking it free of all artificial techniques, and giving the content primacy over the form (up to a point). The message is just too important.
