I think it is the Northrop P-61 Black Widow. If so it was the first operational U.S. warplane designed as a night fighter, and the first aircraft designed to use radar.

The Anaconda plan was a war strategy developed by the Union to surround the Confederacy and to split it in half. the Union soldiers blockaded the East Coast city ports (along South Carolina, Georgia and along there). The Union came from the North (Ohio, Indiana, Illinois) to storm states such as Tennessee. They also blockaded along the Gulf of Mexico, blocking Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. The blockades were preventing the Confederacy to trade and make money with other countries. The Anaconda plan cut Louisiana in half because there was a railroad connecting New Orleans and Vicksburg. Taking control of the railroad meant that Confederate families would starve, die, and become helpless.

I dont know if this is an optional choice question if so this is probabaly wrong on the ABCD scale so you can report this but otherwise if not:

People make up there mind with the knowledge of there own opinions and what is factual to them so to change there minds is because it is based on other peoples opinions and this makes sense ( the easiest way to explain it is as if its a filter going through this persons brain and them identifying if this is factual to them or not in their opinion) to them so, after they go through this process of proving this other information that they held so kindly to there truth, wrong this suddenly changes there mind. By what they think is factual enough to believe at least to them. It can be different for everyone else.
