Only two but of one

All logical thoughts aside

the fled out their windows

one omniscient night

Neither could refrain

What prevents Odysseus from killing the sleeping cyclops?
Gre4nikov [31]
Well if you read the passage on the left, it says he doesn’t want to kill the cyclops because he knows he and his men wouldnot be able to open the huge rock/stone door by themselves. So, it would be the third one.

I would recommend reading the passage more than once! It really helps a lot for multiple choice questions ;-)

how does author's discussion of harriott's relationship with the man who shot her contribute to the text
Vilka [71]

This question is about the article "She was paralyzed by gun fire as a child in Dorchester. Now she's graduating from high school"

Answer:

It shows how Harriot was only able to prosper because he did not hold a grudge and decided to leave what happened to her in the past.

Explanation:

The article shows how Harriott was hit by a bullet that shattered her spine and left her with no movement from the chest down. Although Harriott's lack of movement made her a difficult life, she was able to overcome it, thrive in life and even forgive the man responsible for the shooting. This relationship between Harriott and the man who shot her was put in the text to show that one of the major factors in Harriott's prosperity was forgiveness and a lack of grudge, which left her mind free to pursue her own dreams.
