It is given in the question that , the box is 12 inches long, 8 inches wide and 3 inches high .

We have to find the least amount of wrapping paper that Shavon will need to completely cover the box .

And for that we have to use the formula of surface area, which is

Area= 2(length*width+width*height+length*height)

Substituting the values of length, width and height, we will get

Area= 2(12*8+8*3+12*3) =2(156)=312

Correct option is the last option .

What is the interquartile range of this set of data? 15,19,20,25,31,38,41
cupoosta [38]

Answer: 19.

Step-by-step explanation:

1: Place your numbers in numerical order from smallest to largest; 15,19,20,25,31,38,41.

2. Find your median in the set of numbers; 15,19,20,25,31,38,41.

3. Find Q1 and Q3 in your set of numbers by placing parentheses around the median you have just found. (15,19,20),25,(31,38,41.)

4. In this instance, you need to find the medians of the two number sets in parentheses; (15,19,20),  19 being Q1, and (31,38,41), 38 being Q3.

5. Using the interquartile range formula; Q3-Q1= IQR, plug in your numbers.

38-19=19, making the answer 19.

4/8 is less full because the 6th fraction is more than the 8th and there is the same amount of pieces.

Multiply the binomials using the FOIL method.
Margarita [4]
Foil is just like distributive meathod rememebering meathood

so foil is
First
Outer
Inner
Last

so if you had
(a+b)(c+d)
you would do
First
a times c
Outer
a times d
Inner
b times c
Last
b times d so

we have
(b-3)(b+9)
FIRST
b times b=b^2
Outer
b times 9=9b
Inner
-3 times b=-3b
Last=-3 times 9=-27
add

b^2+9b-3b-27
add like terms
b^2+6b-27
answer is A
