Because the two terms have the radicals with the same radicand, we can add them together.
The radicand is the number under the radical sign.

7 \sqrt{3} + 16 \sqrt{3} = 23 \sqrt{3}

So, 23 \sqrt{3} is the answer.

Which of the following is an equivalent form of the compound inequality −22 > −5x − 7 ≥ −33?
alexgriva [62]

An equivalent form of the compound inequality −22 > −5x − 7 ≥ −33 will be −5x − 7 > −22 and −5x − 7 ≥ −33

<h3>Compound inequality</h3>

A compound inequality (or combined inequality ) is two or more inequalities joined together with inequality operations.

Given the compound inequality −22 > −5x − 7 ≥ −33, this can also be splitted into;

−22 > −5x − 7 and  −5x − 7 ≥ −33,

The inequality expression  −22 > −5x − 7 is also expressed as  −5x − 7 > -22. Hence an equivalent form of the compound inequality −22 > −5x − 7 ≥ −33 will be −5x − 7 > −22 and −5x − 7 ≥ −33

I NEED HELPP PLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
iris [78.8K]

Answer:

270

Step-by-step explanation:

The formula for finding the area of a triangle is <em>base · height ÷ 2, </em>or \frac{bh}{2}

After plugging in the numbers given to the formula, we find that the area of the triangle is 27.

Then to account for the length, we multiply the area of the triangle by 10.

This gets us to 270.

Q10) A book was sold for Rs. 550 with a profit of 10%. What was its cost price? *
stealth61 [152]

Answer:

CP = Rs 500

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that,

Selling price of a book, SP = Rs 550

Profit percent = 10%

We need to find the cost price of the book. The formula for profit percent is given by :

P\%=\dfrac{SP-CP}{CP}\times 100\\\\\dfrac{10}{100}=\dfrac{550-CP}{CP}\times 100\\\\\dfrac{1}{10}=\dfrac{550-CP}{CP}\\\\CP=5500-10CP\\\\CP+10CP=5500\\\\11CP=5500\\\\CP=500

So, the cost price of the book is Rs 500.
