Grievances: Not able to trade freely and quartering troops in your home.

Breaking news!! No more fruit for the troops!

Are you one of the two million American households that are quartering troops in their own homes? Well, be ready, because another 10,000 soldiers are finishing their training and looking for a household to host them. If you are not hosting one yet, you might need to make sure your spare bedroom is ready to receive them.

However, these troops will no longer come with their rations of fruit, as the government has decided we no longer trade with South America. As most of our fruit comes from this region, tropical fruit is no longer going to be available in most supermarkets. Therefore, make sure that you find alternatives to feed the new troops.

What were some of the positive and negative consequences of the columbian exchange
Alex777 [14]

The Columbian Exchange had positive and negative consequences.

Some of the positive consequences were the introduction of different nutrients and food supplies into the Old World, such as corn or potatoes. This improved the diet of most Europeans, leading to a population growth in the next generations.

However, Europe benefited more than the Americas, for some of the negative consequences about the Columbian Exchange were the introduction of diseases into the continent and the slavery of African populations into the Americas.
