In these problems, we need to cross multiply to solve them.

______ = _____
16feet       h feet

To cross multiply, we multiply the terms diagonal from each other. So it would be '2*h' and '16*3'
2h=16*3
2h=48
divide both sides by 2
h=24ft

Same thing for the other problems, we just cross multiply

$\frac{ \frac{1}{4}in }{4ft} = \frac{Bin}{32ft}$

1/4*32=4*b
8=4*b
divide both sides by 4
2=b

and for the last one, I honestly have no clue what the square shape is supposed to mean...
