Self-disclosure must be based on honesty and openness in providing information, or in other words what is conveyed to others should not be a personal mask or a lie that only shows the good side.

Descriptive self-disclosure is someone describing various facts about themselves that the listener may not know, such as work, residence, and so on. Evaluative self-disclosure is someone expressing their personal opinions or feelings, such as feeling like certain people, feeling anxious because they are too fat, do not like to get up early, and so on.
