They are living in the middle ages back in the 17th century. We are in 2017, their spirit is with them in the middle ages and they communicate between centuries to say such thing.
I hope this wasn't a serious question xD!!
Have a nice day :)

But people believed the Earth is flat because everywhere you go you see a flat ground when we are supposed to be seeing a curve in the ground here and there. But is just our eyes, and we cannot see across a horizon for ever. if the Earth was flat we would see China standing from the United States with a good telescope.

People think the earth is flat because it seems hard to fathom that you can still stay on the earth if you're on the North Pole. This theory, that the earth is flat, was well known for hundreds of years. The vikings were the first to figure out that the earth is not flat, though Christopher Columbus gets the credit.
Hope this helps! Have a happy holiday!

What factors caused the French Indochina War. What were the major events and outcome of the war? What were the major provisions
max2010maxim [7]

The factors that caused the war of Indochina were: the end of the Second World War, which brought as a consequence the surrender of Japan and the withdrawal of its troops from the territory and the emergence of a communist guerrilla that declared the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. The president of France, de Gaulle, sent troops to reestablish control over the territory. The proposal was for Vietnam to become independent and become part of the French Union. This was not accepted and the war intensified. With the rise of Communist China, the Indochinese war enters the framework of the cold war. China grants its military support to the guerrillas in Vietnam and the French army is defeated in 1954. The Geneva agreements were signed where they declared themselves independent Cambodia and Laos, and Vietnam was divided into two territories with the purpose of having Free elections the following year to be able to reunify the country.

how did the end of war and V-J Day change working conditions in the U.S.? What did it mean for women in particular?
Marina86 [1]

The correct answer is:

The victory for the Allies in the second World War II and the V-J, of Victory over Japan on August 14, 1945, changed the working conditions in the United States, especially for women.

World War II allowed many women to get job opportunities like never before. One industry where women started to work was in the military. The transition from home to work was not an easy one for women, basically for two factors. The first one, the challenges to be accepted in the workforce mostly dominated by men. The second one, the lack of childcare during working hours. Nevertheless, after the War, many women were fired. More than sixty percent of hired women were fired to give men the former jobs they had before the war. But women kept on working outside the home, slowly, they were gaining job spaces after the war.
