The main reason why Mikhail Gorbachev had trouble retaining support from hard-line communists was that he was more willing than most to "talk" with the United States in order to move the two countries forward out of hostile ground.

The general rule is that you have more rights outside the school than inside the school.

Inside the school, you have speech rights but only to the extent that the speech doesn't substantially disrupt the school environment.
