Animalia, plantae, fungi, protista, eubacteria, archaebacteria are the six kingdoms of life.

Further Explanation:

Animalia is the kingdom which includes organisms like amphibians, sponges, worms, insects, mammals. Organisms of this kingdom are multicellular eukaryotes which are heterotrophic in nature. Most organisms of kingdom animalia reproduce sexually but few reproduce asexually. They mostly show locomotion or movement.

The kingdom plantae includes all the land plants like conifers flowering plants, non flowering plants, ferns, mosses, etc. As plants provide shelter, clothing, food, oxygen and medicine for other living organisms it is important to life on earth. Plants are the primary producers because they are photosynthetic organisms. They didn’t show any kind of movement.

Fungi are that type of kingdom which includes both unicellular such as yeast and multicellular organisms such as mushrooms. These organisms need oxygen for the metabolism and acquired their nutrients through absorption. They can reproduce sexually as well as asexually through spore formation. Some fungus is deadly to humans but others are beneficial for the production of antibiotics.

The kingdom protista have characteristics of animals, plants or fungi such as protozoa, algae or slime molds respectively. Organisms like amoeba, euglena, green algae, diatoms, brown algae and slime molds are included under this kingdom. For the metabolism oxygen is needed in this protists kingdom. They are mostly asexual in nature.

Kingdom archaebacteria are thought to be bacteria as they are single celled prokaryotes. This kingdom consists of organisms like methanogens, halophiles, psychrophiles, and thermophiles. Archaebacterias reproduces through asexual reproduction such as fragmentation, binary fission, or budding.

Eubacteria are considered as true bacteria which includes organisms like cyanobacteria, bacteria and actinobacteria. The cell type in this kingdom is prokaryotic. They acquire their food through chemosynthesis, absorption or photosynthesis. Eubacterias reproduce through asexual reproduction.

Alla [95]

All organisms interact with their environment. choose one of the biogeochemical cycles and explain how various types of organisms are part of that cycle and help recycle the substance in an ecosystem. One example of how human activity has impacted the cycle is that humans have polluted the water making it unsafe and in some cases not suitable to support life.
