If i remember correctly it would be a Pulsar because it tends to rotate extremely quickly while emitting beams of electromagnetic radiation from two sides causing us to only be able to detect them in a pulse like pattern hence the name Pulsar

The rotation periods of the neuron stars are regular facilitating for easy measurement of time between pulses. The time recorded ranges from milliseconds to second. Astronomers have studied pulsars to confirm the presence of gravitational radiation.
The central government was designed to be extremely weak to prevent tyranny which backfired. Also, the government couldn’t collect taxes to fund operations such as the military.
