I believed we are Representative b/c we have people elect representatives to run the government. So we are a representative democracy.

Continuing his relentless drive toward the Confederate capital of Richmond, Virginia, General Ulysses S. Grant ordered a frontal infantry assault on General Robert E. Lee’s Confederate troops, who were now entrenched at Cold Harbor, some 10 miles (16 km) northeast of Richmond. The result was Lee’s last major victory of the war and a bloodbath for the Union army. An earlier battle at Cold Harbor, on June 27, 1862, is sometimes called the Battle of Gaines’s Mill, the First Battle of Cold Harbor, or the Battle of Chickahominy River and was part of the Seven Days’ Battles (June 25–July 1), which ended the Peninsular Campaign (April 4–July 1), the large-scale Union effort earlier in the war to capture Richmond; it, too, was a Confederate victory.

To answer your first question, early Muslim women were treated with respect and had the same amount of rights as men. for example, they could own property, gain an education etc. for example, Khadijah the wife of Prophet Muhammad was a very successful businesswomen in trade.
second question: as Islam spread, people intertwined their culture with Islam. for example some people believe that in islam women are not allowed to pick their own husband and instead have an arranged marriage. however this is a cultural belief, common in places such as Bangladesh and Pakistan.

Well for some to list off, there's the Washing Machine, Microwave, ATMs, and one of the biggest changes being Radio by Ernst Alexanderson and Reginald Fessenden. There were also electronic televisions by Philo Farnsworth in 1923, later on to be adapted by your modern television creators like Sony and Sharp.

There's a lot of inventions that occurred during the 19th and early 20th centuries. I've only named a few. There's also during that time period advancements of Air Travel after<span> Orville and Wilbur Wright in 1903. As well as Military Tanks, advanced guns, gun silencers for the Military, as well of course, the Atomic Bomb in 1945.</span>
