The others mentioned and that are not consedered qualities, but rather weaknesses or not actually a quality for an employee, perhaps in personal life yes are:
Being friendly
Being absent-minded
Be motivated
The second one definitely isn't a quality, the first one, well I won't consider it a quality for an employee, I'd rather say "respectful" and motivation is something that we can obtain during our job, if we're treated right and like what we do, so that won't be a quality but something you gain within the time.
