I think the correct terms to fill in the blanks are androgen and males. The hormone androgen is produced in males, which some scientists speculate may lead to differences in male and female brain structure, and later variations in gender-related behaviors. It is a group of hormones that influences that development and the growth of the reproductive system of males.
