Answer:

North East Canada is comparatively colder than England even though they lies on the same latitudes because the westerlies directly affect the places in England. In addition to that, the ocean brings in warm current towards England.

Westerlies are the wind blowing in the mid-latitudes from the western direction towards the eastern direction in both the hemisphere. It originates at the 30° latitudes due to the region of high-pressure and flows towards the higher areas of 60° latitude.

Since England and North East Canada, both are located between the latitude of 30° to 60° in the northern hemisphere, so it experiences the strong westerly winds.

As this wind comes from the tropical region so they bring warmer air currents often accompanied by rainfall. This wind when reaches England, the ice present there gets melted. So the temperature is relatively warm in England. But these winds have little effect on NE Canada, so they remain cold.

Which describes an oxidation reaction that occurs during cellular respiration?
Yuri [45]

Answer: Option 4; Oxygen gains electrons and hydrogen to form water.

Respiration is a process where glucose is used and energy is released stored in this molecule. Oxygen is used during respiration as well and it gains the electrons and hydrogen to form water. And, gain of electrons is an oxidation reaction. So answer is option 4.

Since, oxygen is consumed during respiration, option 1 is incorrect.

Loss of electrons is reduction, so option 2 is also incorrect.

Glucose is used in respiration, thus option 3 is incorrect.

When 5110 first appeared, the Grants did not know how to classify him.
Vlada [557]

Answer:

When a new infertile hybrid appears in an environment, it feels like an anomaly in the environment and there are no possible measures to classify it as a new specie or a member of a specie just by a physical examination. When 5110 subject appears in that environment it is possible to classify it as a piece of a terminated branch of only one member as an anomaly of the closely related species.

His fate is solely relied on better care of himself for a good life span cause there are no other measures to save him. Futhermore added he is also not a proper member of a specie so no mating oppurtunities at all.
