Using specific examples, how does federal regulation of the economy benefit the public?
liraira [26]
Oooooo, politics. well, medicine research can take forever and cause the company to charge 100 times the manufacturing amount. subsidies help there but dems like to just put a cap on. people like clean air and water so environmental regs do benefit us. labor laws, your employer can't abuse you. what else, well any time you regulate work or prices or processes that can affect a company and therefore the public. so a lot. but if your talking about the Fed then not a lot. the system works but only sometimes and never efficiently. #goldstandard man, over regulation of money you hurts us. regulation of business just affects out efficiency which lowers the GDP ceiling.
