Suppose a bill has passed both the house and the Senate. it goes to the president at the beginning of the section of Congress. the president does not sign the bill but holds it for more than 10 days what happened to the bill

Sometimes the president doesn't do anything sometimes he veto's it but if congress is in session the Bill becomes a law after 10 days without the president signature
