Back then the Native Americans had lived happily and then the colonies had come and settled there and then eventually took over the land and then led to the Louisiana Purchase.

The legislative branch contains the Congress and the power to create laws. The judicial branch contains the court system which has the power to interpret and apply the laws of the land.
