Hm, not sure what is meant here. It's not options as both legal means and religious and political pressure are true - abolitionists wanted to end slavery and they used many means.

But legal means and political pressure opposed other means, such as violent conflict (such as between the south and north), so maybe some sort of general description such as "non-violently" or "peacefully" would work?

While the unit explored the impact that scientific research has on our society and on our understanding of space, this Ted Talk
Papessa [141]

Answer and Explanation:

Research, in general, is an extremely important activity in our society, as it promotes the necessary progress and evolution to keep human life active and efficient. In this case, we can say that both scientific research and space research are similar, because they allow for improvements in the knowledge, equipment and management of all the sectors we know. Scientific research presents improvements in a more direct way, presenting essential things for our life, such as improvements in health, food, education, agriculture, among others. Space research, on the other hand, presents improvements, also important for humans, but more focused on the creation of equipment and objects that improve and facilitate human life.

yaroslaw [1]

The correct answer is lie outside of an individual’s specified job requirements are counter-productive to individual goals

The so-called behaviorist revolution transformed the practice of research into political science in the 1960s. Methodological advances since then have enabled great advances in the field of comparative studies and have surpassed the limits of industrially developed nations, which has enabled the accumulation of information on values, political attitudes and behaviors of publics from nations on all continents. Projects such as World Values Survey (WVS), Latinobarometer, Latin American Public Opinion Project (LAPOP), Comparative Study of Electoral Systems (CSES), an initiative that includes the Brazilian Electoral Study (ESEB), among others, have fueled an increasing number investigations in an increasingly plural and dynamic agenda that can be divided into three fundamental axes.

The first one involves questions about individuals' political attitudes and values, brought together under the traditional label of “political culture”. Studies on formation and change in attitudes, subjective political effectiveness, adherence to democracy, political tolerance, interpersonal trust and in political institutions, among others, have been conducted by a significant number of researchers in recent decades.

Liono4ka [1.6K]

<span>John Keats, a writer and a famous poet in Lord Byron's time, passed away early. He lived in dread of death his whole life. His father left the world when he was nine, which was possibly a reason for this dread. Anyway, he may have met the death early, however he achieved a lot. At 22 years of age, he distributed his first volume of poetry while he examined </span>apothecary. He composed huge amounts of tributes, letters, verses, and lyrics. He met Wordsworth, progressed toward becoming companions with Byron, and was enlivened by Shakespeare. He experienced love and died at age 26. That is a great deal to pack in! His sonnet, "<span>When I Have Fears That I May Cease to Be," </span>discusses how he needs love, achievement, and acclaim, yet he knows he will pass on right on time. In any case, he gets it! He got love, he had some achievement, still known today. The lyric is tinged with distress. He sees demise as an irritation who prevents individuals from accomplishing their fantasies.
