Lobbyists are people with connections and influence on political or social issues, they are usually involved in a decision making process in the United States Congress. Lobbyists are supported by political allies and by common people, this allows them to put pressure on the Legislative body to pass a certain law.

Well, there's no way to change the way people feel about others. There isn't really any way to stop the discrimination in general. This has been going on for centuries. The only thing we can do is start teaching our offspring or the future generation that skin tone or the history of people's racial group doesn't matter. Maybe that's how this could stop, or decrease at least, and more schools need to teach this.
