The photosynthesis has to go though the bisector in order for the vectors to be ping spoofed. When the universal infrastructure is 14 degrees the photosynthesis cant go through the bisector because the periapsis of the vector is too large.

Jellyfish are really Amazing ,but they are causing problems around the world.
These jellyfish are eating fish eggs, and larva. This is leaving the fishermen with nothing to catch. These fishermen now have no way to make money. The ecosystem is going out of balance. Scientist Found a new Jellyfish called a "bereo". These jellyfish eat the other Jelly fish (Mnemiopsis) By bringing these jelly fish into the sea its bringing the ecosystem back to balance. Scientist are still trying to figure out if they want to use the bereo in other seas.
