The Ural mountains are a mountainous range that runs north to south, and though the western Russia to the coast of the arctic ocean. It is 2,500 km in length and is made up of carboniferous rocks forms wot h an elevation of 1,895 meters above the sea level. Runs from the Kara Sea to the Kazantzakis steppe.
