Write an essay starting your opinion on whether it’s better to succeed individually or as past of a team

In my opinion i think is better to succeed in a team with people you trust and your know they will not betray you. Working as a team will give you many advantages for example when you need help with something or when you need some body. Working individually is harder because you have to know what to do you will also do it alone you could ask for help but you never know if what the tell you is right or they might not be truth worthy. When working alone you need to do everything alone like paper work, and make decisions by your self not so sure about your decision and you can't ask for help without getting a complain about how you keep asking that person for help and how most of the credit is not even yours. In conclusion it is better to work in a team then individually especially because of the advantanges.
