That is because the Czar knew that fighting the Austria-Hungary empire and Germany was inevitable and war was brewing. Of course, Russians did not see the end of the war due to the Bolshevik revolution that had them retreat from the war and cease their participation and overthrowing the king.

Answer:

The Czar of Russia, Nicholas II, starts calling up for a full mobilization of his army on July 29th, 1914, as a response to Germany´s ambiguous stance on whether they would react militarily to a Russian intervention against Austria if they attacked Serbia, or if they would stay neutral, as the Kaiser had told the Czar they would. These ambiguous messages, one from the German military, and the other from the Kaiser, forced Russia to take action and prepare itself in case of a German attack against them. It was this lack of clear decision, this dangerous game from Wilhelm II, Kaiser of Germany, which led to a further destabilization of peace in Europe; the original destabilizer having been the murder of Archduke Franz Ferdinand on June 28th, 1914, in Bosnia, which led to a war declaration from the Austrio-Hugarian Empire against Serbia.

What legislation allowed the United States to provide supplies to Britain and her allies, and what did President Roosevelt hope i
Lesechka [4]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although there are no options attached we can say the following.

The legislation that allowed the United States to provide supplies to Britain and its allies was the Lend-Lease Act.

What President Roosevelt hoped it would do was to lend or lease supplies needed for the nations that were fighting in the war and somehow defending the interests of the United States. Let's have in mind that at the beginning of World War II, President Franklin D. Roosevelt had decided that the United States had to remain neutral in the conflict. That is why this legislation helped to send food, supplies, and weaponry. to US allies.

Congress passed the Lend-Lease Act in March 1941.

The United States officially entered World War II in December 1941, after the Japanese attack of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

Why were the areas with the federalist majority found mostly along the atlantic seacoast?
Fed [463]

The areas with the federalist majority were mostly found along the Atlantic seacoast as these areas had much more trade and merchants.

Moreover, most of the first cities to be settled, were on the Atlantic coast and because of this, the biggest part of the population lived in those cities when the federalist party first formed.
