She needs to determine her best learning style. As far as I know there are 7. Visual, Auditory, Verbal, Physical, Logical Social, and Solitary. From there she can decide which method best stimulates her learning habits. Hope this helps. If not maybe give me a more defined question. Wasn't sure if this was opinionated or focused around the word perpetuate.
