All of the angles add up to 360 degrees.

180(4-2) = 360

9x+1+5x-12+8x+61

Add up all the like terms

22x+50= 360

x=14.1

We are going to add up all of the angles together and subtract them by 360 in order to find the measurement of the missing angle.

Angle C: 9(14.1) + 1 = 127.9

Angle D: 5(14.1) - 12 = 58.5

Angle A: 8(14.1) + 61 = 173.8

All of these angles add up to 360

This means that angle D is 0 degrees since all of the other angles already add up to 360.

<u>Answer</u>

0 degrees

PLEASE HELP <br> WILL GIVE BRAINLIEST AND 5.0 STAR RATING
Citrus2011 [14]

Moving left subtracts from the x value the number you move.

In (2,9) the x value is the number 2

You move 1 unit to the left so subtract 1 from 2:

2-1 = 1

You will be at (1,9)

Writing equivalent ratios and ordered pairs Gallons 1 2 3 Quarts 4 8 12 which ordered pairs represents the equivalent ratios in
Sphinxa [80]

Step-by-step explanation:

gallons to quarts have the ratio 1:4.

there are 4 quarts in a gallon (hence the name of quarts by the way).

so, the question is really, which order pair have also a 1:4 ratio between x and y ?

(1, 4)

(2, 8)

(3, 12)

the (4, 1) would represent a 4:1 ratio.

and as you know, 4/1 is different to 1/4.

a ratio is nothing else than a fraction. just the "whole" is different.

the pure fraction 1/4 means that the whole is 4/4, has 4 times 1/4.

a ratio 1:4 (you can also write as 1/4) means that the whole has 5 (1+4) parts.

other than that they are compared and calculated with the same way as normal fractions.

a kitten weighs four whole pounds and 2/3 of a fifth pound which mixed number represents the kittens weight?
Aneli [31]

Given that a kitten weighs four whole pounds and 2/3 of a fifth pound.

In this type of problem it is always best to break the given statement into smaller pieces then writing expression for each piece will be more easy.

"fifth" means 1/5.

so 2/3 of a fifth means product of 2/3 and 1/5 which is

\frac{2}{3}*\frac{1}{5}=\frac{2*1}{3*5}=\frac{2}{15}

Now total weight is given by

4 whole pounds and 2/3 of a fifth

= 4 + \frac{2}{15}

= 4*\frac{15}{15} + \frac{2}{15}

= \frac{60}{15} + \frac{2}{15}

= \frac{60+2}{15}

= \frac{62}{15}

Hence required fraction for the answer is \frac{62}{15}.
