Answer:

A prefix is a word part added in front of a base word. In this case, the base word is mural (similar to the word wall), and the prefix is intra- (which means inside or between something). Then intramural means situated or done within the walls of a building.

Prefix is Intra meaning "within," and the latin word murus, meaning "walls"

Your English teacher wants you to write a story. Your story must begin with this sentence:
ICE Princess25 [194]

Answer: The ball flew through the air and landed in the tree. I went ahead and climbed up to the tree and knocked out the ball. As soon as I hit the ball, a stray dog got the ball and ran towards a pile of boxes. The piles of boxes were filled with trash that smelled like tuna fish. I looked through the boxes and found the dog with their 8 puppies, which were about 3 weeks old. I then bought dog food for the puppies and also for the mother. After that I took them to the vet for a check up. Everything went well, I named each puppy after famous basketball players. I’ll never forget that amazing day.

Need help!!!
MAVERICK [17]
I'd choose this dialogue to revise your sentence:
“Did you hear?” I asked them. “My painting got selected! Exciting, right?” I smiled. “Especially given that I felt so incompetent at the beginning and that the competition was ruthless!”

It feels like the option that best uses the dialogue to improve this sentence, because the other options are either too informal or just the same sentence as the original one.
