The sanitizer which you will not want to use is CHLORINE BASED SANITIZERS.
This is because, chlorine will react with silver and copper and damage your utensils and equipment.
Chlorine will react with silver forming silver chloride and it will react will copper forming copper II chloride. These reactions will damage your utensils and equipment gradually, wearing them away.
