In the article, "Why Do We Hate?" Jim Mohr explains: "There is no simple answer to why people hate. Hate can be sparked by greed

, or fear, or a tribe bonding together in opposition to another. People looking to belong will hate others to fit into a group." Is greed, fear, or tribal bonding responsible for the feud between the Montagues and Capulets, or is there another driving force that causes them to fight? Use evidence from your reading of Romeo and Juliet this far to support your claim. Use proper spelling and punctuation in your four to six sentence response.

In Romeo and Juliet, the conflict between the protagonists is mainly caused by the fear between the families. The two families, Montagues and Capulets, were on “opposing forces”. It’s very difficult to see children of two disputing families fall in love with each other, because they therefore have to ATTEMPT to work together. They fear the loss of their children as one of their kind. They also both fear having to come together as a family since their children have fallen so passionately for each other.

Hope this helps!

Which of the following qualities puts a child at higher risk for abuse?
loris [4]
This mostly depends on abuse by whom. Parents who abuse their children often do it because of personal failure and insecurities, so they see their child either as a valve, or as a testimony to their life, or anything like that. Peer abuse can often happen due to things such as physical disabilities, nationality, religion, race, or anything similar.

What does Cabeza de Vaca do after returning to spain the first time?
umka21 [38]

Answer:

He was angry with the way Indians were treated by the Spanish and urged the Spanish authorities to show more humanity to them.

Explanation:

Álvar Núñez Cabeza de Vaca was a Spanish explorer and the first European to step foot into (what is now known as) Texas and from the day he arrived, he and his men faced continuous attacks by the Indians that were already there. Eventually, his men were overwhelmed and he was one of the four survivors of the expedition.

In 1536, the survivors were found and rescued by a Spanish slaving party, and when he returned to Spain for the first time, he was outraged by the treatment of Indians and asked that they be treated better.
