In economics, factor payments<span> are the income people receive for supplying </span>the factors of production<span>: land, labor, or capital. </span>Payments<span> made of scarce resources, or</span>the factors of production<span> in return for productive services. They are also categorized according to the services of the productive resources being rewarded.</span>
<em>The United Nations also should move more quickly to wind down operations that have outlived their usefulness, improve mission assessment and planning, shorten the time it takes to deploy personnel and assets to the field, and ensure the safety and security of UN mission personnel, including through adequate medical. </em>
