The structure or organelle which is found in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic is ribosomes.

Ribosome is a complex molecular machine found within all the living cells.The main function of this organelle is protein synthesis.

Ribosomes consists of two major components: one is the smaller subunit and other is the larger subunit.

The smaller subunit reads the RNA and the larger subunit join amino acids to form the polypeptide chain.
