I am in a play and my character is supposed to seem egotistical and narsasistic towards others. I can get into that mind set and

attitude but can sometimes not leave that character in the theatre, how can I develop a boundary between the character and the real me?

well when you start to feel that way at home and around your friends and family you need to stop count 54321 and take deep breaths and try to remember the real you
