If you would like to diagree with the statement, here is a format and ideas:

Introverts are not compelling nor accomplished leaders in the majority of circumstances, because:

1.) A leader should be social and understand what his/her followers need or want. Introverts are people who search inward rather than outward, thus making them seem shut-off or anti-social. A leader who does not have a following, will not gain much ground in accomplishing goals.

2.) Although introverts may be insightful, they are often too shy. This would tie in with #1 because of a lack of proper communication. They would require someone else to speak for them, and this makes a leader appear weak or fearful.

3.) Introverts may be too independent upon themselves. Leaders utilize their dependence AND independence (which can be a trait of extroverts) to access knowledge and have several options rather than simply one or two.

Success (better than) can never be claimed with just one aspect of attitude (introvert/extrovert).. It has to be coupled with other aspects..

Let be describe some areas were introverts would hold an edge..

1) Introverts spend time in solitude.. This can make them more patient.. Thus he can stand in queues or wait easily..  You can argue that if the queue is not spacious or has too many curious eyes looking at, he would be mad

2)Introverts can make good decisions. Because they are good thinkers/analyzers. But he can be slow. He can be confused. So, good brain and awareness is required for them to be better in making

Whats the main idea of the song mean by taylor swift
Alex787 [66]
The main idea of the song Mean by Taylor Swift is that by being mean, one doesn't succeed in life. It just hurts others, and in the end, those people could be doing way better than the people who are being mean. Don't stop pushing forward because of what others say. To find a main idea of a song, look closely at lyrics. Try find repetitive phrases or keywords. Hope this helped. :)
