Answer:

Conflict is a situation in which two or more people with different interests enter into confrontation, opposition or undertake mutually antagonistic actions, with the aim of damaging or eliminating the rival party, even when such a confrontation is verbal, in order to achieve the achievement of the objectives that motivated this confrontation. Because of its often extreme or at least confrontational condition in relation to objectives considered important or even urgent (values, status, power, scarce resources) the conflict generates problems, both those directly involved, and other people.

The conflict can originate at different levels depending on the characteristics of the parties involved. There are four types of conflicts:

1)Intrapersonal conflict, internal psychological process of the individual in which diverse psychic forces are opposed.

2)Interpersonal conflict, confrontation between various individuals within the organization (whether passive or active).

It can be divided into three:

3) Intra-group conflict, within the same group or department.

4)Intergroup conflict, between departments.

5)Interorganization conflict, between organizations.

Licemer1 [7]

Answer: Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X

Explanation: Martin Luther King Jr. was an American Christian minister, scholar and activist who became the most visible spokesperson and leader in the Civil Rights Movement from 1955 until his assassination in 1968. His "I have a dream speech" is popular all around the world. He believed in a moderate non-violent approach for achieving equality.

Malcolm X was an American Muslim minister and human rights activist who was also very popular during the civil rights movement. He is best known for his staunch and controversial black racial advocacy and his belief that the movement's aim be achieved by any means necessary.

Luther King advocated non-violent direct action and passive resistance while Malcolm X urged his fellow black Americans to protect themselves against white aggression by any means necessary, even violence. This basic difference in their strategies often made them at odds with each other.
