The Answer Would be with a couplet Becuase in his sonnet it is clearly placed with a rhythmic tone and those to lines end with a couplet.

o) The miners prepared for what they would face when they came out of the capsule by planning for their arrival at the surface and they read books such as one called "Talking to the Media", so that they would be well prepared to speak to journalists.
