It contains specific, credible evidence but uses a disrespectful tone that should be edited. 
The argument has valid points such as the use of educational apps, but calls anyone opposing it names such as naive. If they took out that part, and improved the tone at the bottom a bit, the author would sound more mature and composed. Hope this helps!
