I would say that the line that contains the clearest example of dialect in poetry is the last one - "What then? Poor beastie, thou maun live!"
Beastie is a word used often in Scottish English, I believe.
Lenina is disturbed by the sight of the ocean-brave new wold because, In Brave new world, on their first date (lenina and Bernard) , Lenina realized that Bernard doesn't want to be around people.
