Though it depends to the company as to how they set up their own organizational chart in the main branch and the other branches of their company, a group supervisor, when working in a branch, would be reporting to the branch director directly, and especially since the group supervisor is working within the operations section. If, for instance, all the options presented are present on the branch's organizational chart, the immediate supervisor of the group supervisor would be the branch director. Though there may be instances that the group supervisor will be reporting to the branch leader, branch executive officer, and/or branch chief, the immediate supervisor will not change.
