Paris is celebrated because of the Eiffel Tower and art musseums such as the Louvre; and although France by nominal GDP is considered the 6th largest economy in the world and great power in global affairs plus a leader among industrialised countries, it's the most visted country in the world with over 80 million foreign visitors per year, which makes <em>tourism</em> one of its backbone industries with the 3rd largest income from it worldwide.
