When doing verbs in spanish you want to always take the cap off first which is always either (ER, IR, or AR)
In this case it's AR so you take the AR off of almorzar so not it is just almorz, then since you are using Yo (or I) you add an o to the end of the word, which turns it into
Yo almorzo
