Luke was a physician who wrote his Gospel from a medical point of view, naming the diseases of the people that Jesus healed. Luke was associated with Paul. Luke was called the beloved physician. Luke was also what we today would call an investigative journalist. He was not an eyewitnesses of Jesus or these events, but interviewed those who had. He wanted to be sure he got the account as accurate as possible. I read recently that this Gospel may have been written to present as evidence at Paul's trial in Rome. It is addressed to "most noble Theophilis". It's speculated he was a high official in Caesar's court and may have been a new convert. The book of Acts is a sequel to Luke and is a continuation of early church history. Again, it is addressed to Theophilis.

What steps did women take toward equality during the 1930s?
ella [17]
What steps they took were getting together, and protesting little things with one-another about the unfairness of how they are being treated. Alawys the first thing ANYBODY did to get equal rights was first getting together with people who felt the same way. :-)

Short notes about Hitler
Karolina [17]
Actually, Hitler took control of a very desperate Germany after ww1 when they were dramatically left in pieces. He began to put a thought in his head that he could control the whole world and make them pay. To serve as a message, he began to wipe an entire race, known as Jews. These Jews were put in camps called concentration camps to either be burned or be worked to death. During the Battle of Burling Hitler married his soul mate and committed suicide 2 days later so he wouldn't be captured. His corpse was then burned.
